The Notes column in the following tables show the features available for each of the supported drives, plus any warnings or restrictions. As far as we know, all currently manufactured MMC2/3/4 drives use the ATAPI/IDE interface. You will need a SCSI-to-IDE converter (a circuit board that converts from SCSI to IDE) to use such a drive on a system without native ATAPI/IDE, such as the TT030.
The following MMC2/3/4 drives have been tested and are supported by ExtenDOS 4. Unless otherwise noted, ExtenDOS 4 supports writing to DVD-R, DVD-RW and DVD+R disks. It does not support writing to DVD+RW, DVD-RAM or dual/double layer disks.
