CD Writer updates
If you own v1.0 of CD Writer, you can upgrade to version 1.0A at no charge
by downloading the following update file:

This patch fixes an incompatibility between CD Writer v1.0 and ExtenDOS Gold
v3.1 (and later): the Info button in the Preferences dialog
sometimes indicates that a drive prefers all audio formats when in fact it
does not. If you are currently unable to record at your recorder's highest
speed, choosing the appropriate format may help, so knowing the drive's true
preferences can be useful.
If you prefer, you may send us your CD Writer distribution diskette and an
update fee (see below), and we will update it to the current version.
